Must have 15 years of work experience. Among them should have five years working experience in Power Generation/Transmission/Distribution Utilities and at least five years in the post of DGM. Must have extensive knowledge in TQM and Corporate Governance. Must have leadership ability. Should be fluent in Bengali and English with computer skills.
