Job Description

Position: Probationary Officer

• Education
  Must have Post graduation degree from any UGC approved recognized university preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, English, International Relations, Law & Public Administration with minimum GPA 4.00 in a scale of 5.00 in SSC & HSC and minimum CGPA 3.25 in a scale of 4.00 in Graduation & Post-graduation level.

  Not Required.
• Salary
  The selected Probationary Officer shall be on probation for a period of 2 years. Monthly consolidated salary will be of Tk.55,000/- for the 1st year and Tk.60,000/- for the 2nd year. After successful completion of probation period, he/she will be absorbed as Senior Officer with regular scale of the Bank of Tk.75,000/- per month with other admissible benefits.

Position: Business Development Executive

• Education
  Minimum Graduation in any discipline from recognized public/private university with no third division/Class.
• Requirement
  Southeast Bank Limited, an established financial institution having excellent reputation earned over the past few years through its extensive range of products and services is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, committed, and honest candidates for the position of Business Development Executive. Job Location – Anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Experience
  1–2 year experience of working in rural area on Agent Banking, Retail & SME Banking is preferable. Contractual. Candidates will be confirmed to permanent positions based on satisfactory performance after 01 (One) year.
• Salary
  Monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 16,000 for the 1st Year and Tk.18,000 for the 2nd Year.
