BGTTC মিরপুর-২, ঢাকায় পরিচালিত “Accelerating & Strengthening Skills for Economic Transformation” (ASSET) ব্যাচ-১ এর আওতায় নিম্নোক্ত ট্রেড সমূহে জানুয়ারী-এপ্রিল/২০২৪ সেশনে ৩৬০ ঘন্টা (৪) মাস মেয়াদী কোর্সে ভর্তি ইচ্ছুক প্রার্থিদের নিকট হতে নির্ধারিত ফরমে দরখাস্ত আহবান করা যাচ্ছে।

প্রশিক্ষনার্থীদের সুবিধা সমূহ:-
- নিয়মিত উপস্থিতির ভিত্তিতে উপবৃত্তি মাসিক ১৫০০/- টাকা + দৈনিক যাতায়াত ভাড়া ৮০/- টাকা হারে মাসিক ৮০*২২= ১৭৬০/- টাকা, মাসিক মোট ৩২৬০/- টাকা এবং সর্বমোট ৩২৬০*৪=১৩০৪০ (তের হাজার চল্লিশ) টাকা প্রদান করা হবে (পুরুষ)।
- নিয়মিত উপস্থিতির ভিত্তিতে উপবৃত্তি মাসিক ২০০০/- টাকা + দৈনিক যাতায়াত ভাড়া ৮০/- টাকা হারে মাসিক ৮০*২২= ১৭৬০/- টাকা, মাসিক মোট ৩৭৬০/- টাকা এবং সর্বমোট ৩৭৬০*৪=১৫০৪০ (পনেরো হাজার চল্লিশ) টাকা প্রদান করা হবে (নারী, প্রতিবন্ধী ও ক্ষুদ্র নৃ-গোষ্ঠি )।
- হত দরিদ্র, মুক্তিযোদ্ধা সন্তান, ক্ষুদ্র নৃ-গোষ্ঠি, বেকার যুবক যুবতীর ভর্তির ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে।

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:
- ইলেকট্রিক্যাল ইন্সুলেশন এন্ড মেইনটেনেন্স এবং রেফ্রিজারেশন এন্ড এয়ার কন্ডিশনিং- ৮ম শ্রেণী পাশ।
- কম্পিউটার অপারেশন, ক্যাড অপারেশন এবং প্রোগ্রামেবল লজিক কন্ট্রোল- এস.এস.সি পাশ।

Focus and range of Program :
Need basis training program form to produce skill male/female manpower is the primary focus of BGTTC activities. Training programs are designed to Serve quality Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) for producing skill by changing the attitude, creating leadership quality, improving the quality of work in a socially and culturally diverse workplace of the trainees.
Institutional Linkage :
BGTTCC has a linkage with different types Manufacturing Company related with Training programs in this institute. There is a placement cell of 05 members and the cell is responsible for increasing industry linkage, Job placement, arranging guest speaker, etc.
Digital BGTTC :
BGTTC starting the digitalization of its services. Registration of the participants, management of the courses, record keeping and evaluation through online is underway in this regards. Registration on the database has been made mandatory for 02 years duration S.S.C. (Vocational) and different short courses. BGTTC has installed broadband internet including Wi-Fi technology in the campus for easy access to the internet.
Library :
There is a richest library is also available for the trainees, Faculty members and guest teacher. It has sufficient collection of books and journals on emerging from home and abroad.
Computer Lab :
We have 03 computers Lab which are fully equipped with latest PCs with broadband internet connection. Participants and Faculty members are eligible for using the computer Lab.
Medical Facilities :
The centre has medical section and maintains a clinic with limited medical facilities. Participants are given free medical treatment, prescription and limited items of medicine.
Assessment and Certification :
- Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training issues certificate for short trade course.
- Bangladesh Technical Education Board conducts admission and certification for S.S.C (Voc) course.
- City and Guilds, UK for Accommodation Services course.

BACKGROUND
Bangladesh-German Technical Training Center has been established in 1965 on 6.48 acres of land in collaboration with the Government of Germany. So it is named as Bangladesh-German Technical Training Centre. Our social and economic fabric is becoming more and more complex and technology-dependent. A worker’s skill must be perfected to a high level of proficiency. In the world of work today, a worker’s Productivity derives as much as from teamwork, punctuality, discipline, safety consciousness as well as from his high standard of skill. Thus qualitative changes in the character of the work-force mainly depend on the nature and quality of the training.
Bureau of manpower, Employment and Training (BMET) under the Ministry of Expatriates Welfare and Overseas Employment are playing a very important role in the development of human resources by providing training to untrained persons for improvement of their skills.
Bangladesh-German Technical Training Center has been established for the training of craftsman, unskilled and skilled workers in a planned and scientific manner to the requirement of the country and aboard. This training Centre has adequate workshops, big floor space, equipped with modern machines and equipment (that time), science lab and computer lab. The instructional staff is highly experienced in their field of expertise and more than 80% of them are trained at home & abroad.

দক্ষ পুরুষ/মহিলা জনশক্তি তৈরির জন্য ভিত্তি প্রশিক্ষণ প্রোগ্রাম ফর্ম প্রয়োজন BGTTC কার্যক্রমের প্রাথমিক ফোকাস। প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচীগুলিকে মানসম্পন্ন কারিগরি ও বৃত্তিমূলক শিক্ষা ও প্রশিক্ষণ (TVET) পরিবেশন করার জন্য ডিজাইন করা হয়েছে মনোভাব পরিবর্তন করে, নেতৃত্বের গুণমান তৈরি করে, প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের সামাজিক ও সাংস্কৃতিকভাবে বৈচিত্র্যময় কর্মক্ষেত্রে কাজের মান উন্নত করে দক্ষতা তৈরির জন্য।
প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক সংযোগ:
এই ইনস্টিটিউটে প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রমের সাথে সম্পর্কিত বিভিন্ন ধরণের ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং কোম্পানির সাথে BGTTCC-এর একটি সংযোগ রয়েছে। 05 জন সদস্যের একটি প্লেসমেন্ট সেল রয়েছে এবং সেলটি শিল্প সংযোগ বৃদ্ধি, চাকরির স্থান নির্ধারণ, অতিথি বক্তার ব্যবস্থা ইত্যাদির জন্য দায়ী।
ডিজিটাল বিজিটিটিসি:
বিজিটিটিসি তাদের সেবার ডিজিটালাইজেশন শুরু করেছে। এ বিষয়ে অনলাইনের মাধ্যমে অংশগ্রহণকারীদের নিবন্ধন, কোর্স পরিচালনা, রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ ও মূল্যায়ন চলছে। ডাটাবেসে নিবন্ধন বাধ্যতামূলক করা হয়েছে 02 বছর মেয়াদী S.S.C. (ভোকেশনাল) এবং বিভিন্ন শর্ট কোর্স। বিজিটিটিসি সহজে ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারের জন্য ক্যাম্পাসে ওয়াই-ফাই প্রযুক্তিসহ ব্রডব্যান্ড ইন্টারনেট স্থাপন করেছে।
লাইব্রেরি:
প্রশিক্ষণার্থী, অনুষদ সদস্য এবং অতিথি শিক্ষকদের জন্য একটি ধনী গ্রন্থাগারও রয়েছে। এটিতে দেশ-বিদেশ থেকে উদ্ভূত বই ও জার্নালের পর্যাপ্ত সংগ্রহ রয়েছে।
কম্পিউটার ল্যাব :
আমাদের 03টি কম্পিউটার ল্যাব রয়েছে যা ব্রডব্যান্ড ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ সহ সর্বশেষ পিসি দিয়ে সম্পূর্ণ সজ্জিত। অংশগ্রহণকারী এবং অনুষদ সদস্যরা কম্পিউটার ল্যাব ব্যবহারের জন্য যোগ্য।

কেন্দ্রটিতে চিকিৎসা বিভাগ রয়েছে এবং সীমিত চিকিৎসা সুবিধা সহ একটি ক্লিনিক রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করে। অংশগ্রহণকারীদের বিনামূল্যে চিকিৎসা, প্রেসক্রিপশন এবং ওষুধের সীমিত আইটেম দেওয়া হয়।

জনশক্তি, কর্মসংস্থান ও প্রশিক্ষণ ব্যুরো শর্ট ট্রেড কোর্সের জন্য সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করে।
বাংলাদেশ কারিগরি শিক্ষা বোর্ড S.S.C (Voc) কোর্সের জন্য ভর্তি ও সার্টিফিকেশন পরিচালনা করে।
আবাসন পরিষেবা কোর্সের জন্য সিটি এবং গিল্ডস, ইউকে।

বাংলাদেশ-জার্মান টেকনিক্যাল ট্রেনিং সেন্টার জার্মানি সরকারের সহযোগিতায় 1965 সালে 6.48 একর জমিতে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। তাই এর নামকরণ করা হয়েছে বাংলাদেশ-জার্মান টেকনিক্যাল ট্রেনিং সেন্টার। আমাদের সামাজিক ও অর্থনৈতিক কাঠামো দিন দিন জটিল এবং প্রযুক্তিনির্ভর হয়ে উঠছে। একজন কর্মীর দক্ষতা অবশ্যই উচ্চ পর্যায়ের দক্ষতায় নিখুঁত হতে হবে। আজকের কাজের জগতে, একজন শ্রমিকের উৎপাদনশীলতা দলগত কাজ, সময়ানুবর্তিতা, নিয়মানুবর্তিতা, নিরাপত্তা সচেতনতার পাশাপাশি তার উচ্চমানের দক্ষতা থেকেও পাওয়া যায়। এইভাবে কর্মশক্তির চরিত্রের গুণগত পরিবর্তন মূলত প্রশিক্ষণের প্রকৃতি এবং গুণমানের উপর নির্ভর করে।
প্রবাসী কল্যাণ ও বৈদেশিক কর্মসংস্থান মন্ত্রণালয়ের অধীন জনশক্তি, কর্মসংস্থান ও প্রশিক্ষণ ব্যুরো (বিএমইটি) অপ্রশিক্ষিত ব্যক্তিদের দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধির জন্য প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদানের মাধ্যমে মানবসম্পদ উন্নয়নে অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করছে।
দেশের প্রয়োজনে পরিকল্পিত ও বৈজ্ঞানিক পদ্ধতিতে কারিগর, অদক্ষ ও দক্ষ শ্রমিকদের প্রশিক্ষণের জন্য বাংলাদেশ-জার্মান টেকনিক্যাল ট্রেনিং সেন্টার প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। এই প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্রে পর্যাপ্ত ওয়ার্কশপ, বড় ফ্লোর স্পেস, আধুনিক মেশিন ও যন্ত্রপাতি (তৎকালীন সময়ে), বিজ্ঞান ল্যাব এবং কম্পিউটার ল্যাব রয়েছে। নির্দেশনামূলক কর্মীরা তাদের দক্ষতার ক্ষেত্রে অত্যন্ত অভিজ্ঞ এবং তাদের মধ্যে 80% এরও বেশি দেশে এবং বিদেশে প্রশিক্ষিত।
